Corporate Social Responsibility
The Fleggaard Group has a number of regulatory policies and ethical guidelines that apply to the Group and its affiliated subsidiaries. The ESG report constitutes the statutory report on corporate social responsibility, cf. section 99a and gender composition, cf. section 99b of the Danish Financial Statements Act. The description of the Fleggaard Group's corporate social responsibility is based on the Group's three strategic focus areas of retail, wholesale and leasing.
This report marks the beginning of the transition from CSR to ESG reporting. Whereas previously a consolidated CSR report has been prepared to describe the group's corporate social responsibility, this report is part of the transition towards meeting future legal requirements and reporting standards. The report can therefore be used as a reference work, where it is possible to delve into the areas of the group that are of greatest interest. If the report is read in chronological order, there will be repetitions in the description of ESG initiatives in the individual companies, as we do not report on a consolidated basis.
