Apprentices
In the Fleggaard Group, we have a long and solid tradition of educating students in all our business areas. Being an apprentice in the Fleggaard Group is a great place to start your career in a versatile and dynamic learning environment.
Our apprentices are an important part of the group’s staff, both during training and in most cases after graduation.
Many of our former students are still in the group, and some have had remarkable careers which has led them to senior positions in our subsidiaries today.
Further education
Competent employees with excellent skills and the right knowledge, are essential preconditions for our business development and market position. In our opinion, personal skill development is an integral part of our business foundation.
We endeavour to ensure that training and qualification takes place in the daily work, meaning that you as an employee get the necessary coaching and free space to develop you professionally. In addition, we see it as evident that employees participate in actual education activities organized individually in corporation with the immideate supervisor and the HR-department.
